I have not smoked a cig in all most a week, Lords helping day by day, Ive started
memorizing verses from the Bible, Every time I think about smoking I ask the Lord for
Help and He brings to mind and I take out my handy dandy pocket Bible that camo and read the verse witch right now is Psalm 19:14 Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart Be acceptable in Your sight, O LORD, my rock and my Redeemer.
I felt sick friday night and by morning I had a cold, no fun at all, its a real downer I was going to go to some partys but now I can't go, But the Lord has a plan in all of this, gives me lots of time to read the Bible and catch up on some things. I'm continually praying for your deliverence. The Lord will give you Grace to overcome the difficult times. Rely and lean soley on Him and His mercies.
